Host Terms
Last updated: October 2026. These terms apply if you list and run sessions on YEAUP as a coach, organiser, club or venue.
YEAUP is operated by a sole trader.
Becoming a host
You're responsible for the accuracy of your listings, including the time, place, level and any cost.
Running sessions safely
You must hold any qualifications, insurance and permissions required for the activity you run, and comply with all applicable Australian laws.
Costs
YEAUP doesn't process payments today. If your game has a cost, show it in the listing and collect it from your players yourself.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a game, cancel it in the app as early as you can so your players are told. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your standing.
Behaviour
Hosts must follow our Community Guidelines. Breaches can result in suspension or removal.
