Safety

Show up to a game you can trust.

Safety isn't a feature, it's the floor. Here's how we keep the YEAUP experience genuine, respectful and safe for everyone.

Who you're playing with

Players use real profiles. You can block anyone, and report a person, a message or a game from inside the app. Reports go straight to our team. YEAUP is for people aged 16 and over, with extra protections for under-18s.

What we don't tolerate

Harassment, discrimination or unsafe behaviour.
Misleading listings or fake accounts.
Anything illegal, anywhere on the platform.

If something isn't right

In the app, use Report on the person, message or game. It reaches our team directly. You can also use our Report an issue page or email hello@yeaup.com.au.

In an emergency

YEAUP is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, call 000 (Australia) first.
